Anthony and Chris came the following week as scheduled (showed up early). They explained exactly what they would be doing and were completely finished and cleaned everything up in three hours. In my opinion customer service is essentially dead in the united states, most businesses now are either too large to care or too small to have a network that truly supports quality work. Judge Services slide into a niche that creates a uniquely good service. Their owner takes pride in every job he completes. I know him professionally and socially. He's a great community member and employer. Southern Illinois needs companies like this. I wouldn't recommend ANY other company if you need services Judge offers. They will simply fall short.

Judge Services came out to do an estimate for Christmas lights installation. I got a text with a photo of who was coming, the salesman was prompt and courteous. We scheduled an installation within a couple of days. On that day I got another text with a photo of who was coming and the work was performed quickly and professionally. I felt like my safety was a concern to them. The lights look great and perform as they should. I have had nothing but positive comments from neighbors and have recommended Judge Services to all of them!

We called for leaves in our gutters and they were here very quickly. We changed our mines on what we want to do and with a quick response they were back out the same day and quoted us with a new quote. Within the week they preformed the services. We did decide to go with getting gutter guards because of how many leaves are around us. Highly recommend!

This year I was thrilled to add more to my light display. Josh's suggestions for upgrading are perfect, and I am so excited to enjoy the festive lights throughout the holiday season. Once again, the installation went perfectly, and I did not have to be at home (I appreciate that flexibility). The price was very reasonable, and I am so happy this service is available. Highly recommend!

We just had Judge Services come out and install Christmas lights. I called them yesterday, they showed up yesterday gave me an estimate and were right back out here today to install.. All of the employees that I had the pleasure of working with was great. From Dee in the office, to Hunter coming and giving us the estimate ( loved his Christmas Hey Dudes) to Dillon and Ryan installing so quickly and so professional.. Thank you for Making Baker & Sons ready for the most wonderful time of the year!!

I had the best experience with Judge Services! From the the first call to the ending results! They were able to work my roof cleaning, house washing and concrete cleaning in sooner then originally planned! Anthony and Chris made my home look brand new again! They took their time to be sure it was the best it could be. They were so helpful and kind! They even cleaned my propane tank andmoved my patio set back for me after they were finished! I will definitely be recommending Judge services to all my family and friends and give them 10 stars! Thank you again!!!

Dee in the office is so sweet. My lights are PERFECT!!! They cut the lights the exact length to match the dimensions of your home so the finished product looks like something out of a magazine. They put them up, return after the holidays to take them back down, & then store them until you’re ready to install again the following year. These guys are fantastic & my house looks beautiful! Cannot say enough good about the experience. Highly recommend.

Team did a great job cleaning our house and deck. All items are individually priced in the proposal (e.g., sidewalk, roof, etc.) so a person can decide what to keep or exclude. Estimate was clear and rep answered all questions and gave advice without ever being pushy. He advised us against a service we had planned as an unnecessary cost.

I would recommend this company to anyone.1. the first contact was with the lady on the phone, she was professional and friendly 5 stars.2. the representative that came to the house was friendly and knowledgeable he was one of the best. He then called and checked if the workers had done everything acceptable and if we satisfied 5 stars.3. The workers were knowledgeable in what they were doing. They were very respective of our home. Friendly and you could tell they were hard workers.Actually everyone we had contact with should be hired out to teach businesses Customer Service. These people are GOL.
