8/2026 update - we had Judge Services come out and do a full house wash, which was MUCH needed! The three employees we dealt with face-to-face were all wonderful, as were the employees I spoke to via phone. Wyatt, however, was a stand out! When our big job could not be completed Friday due to mechanical issues, he offered to come back on Saturday morning to finish the job, as he knew I was hosting a party and had hoped the house was in tip-top-shape for our friends. Wyatt spoke to his boss who agreed and he showed up Saturday morning very early and worked hard to get the job done before guests started to arrive.That was ABOVE and BEYOND.And HE was apologetic that he had needed to come back Saturday. Yeah, HE felt bad for having to return - meanwhile I felt bad that HIS Saturday was messed up because of MY house!I feel like we see a lot of bad customer service and lack of work ethic these days. The work ethic and care for their work from everyone at Judge, but ESPECIALLY Wyatt, was inspiring. I have to tip my hat to Josh and the rest of the leadership at Judge, as clearly they are training their people incredibly well, and enabling them to do what is best for the business. Keep up the great work, Team Judge!****Judge Services worked with my budget for holiday lights. They did a great job with the install and notified me via email when they would come and take everything down. Very nice crew. Highly recommend this great locally owned business!

It wasn’t an easy task - our home is old and the vent did not go straight up to the roof - it had two turns before it got to the roof. They showed this to Gary on their camera. Great job, done quickly, and efficiently. Mario introduced himself and his co-workers, (Kyle and Justin) explained the procedures, and kept me updated along the way. Justin had the sad job of removing a bird nest with eggs from one of the gutters. They also mentioned an issue with one of the downspouts that I had no idea was an issue, so appreciated that too. Btw, I had an estimate in the morning and was scheduled a date but got a call back that the work could have been done that afternoon. All around it was professional, courteous, reasonable. Not the first job that Judge has done for me and I’ll definitely be going back to them.
