Our Soft Washing Method

We offer a great alternative to power washing for local homes. Our soft washing process uses low water pressure and special cleaning solutions that will restore the look of your home. Our cleaning solutions will also remove mildew, mold, algae, moss, dirt buildup, and bacteria. In addition, our damage-free roof washing is in high demand because high pressure can damage your shingles, tiles, and other roofing materials.

Soft washing is a very flexible process that’s safe for brick, asphalt shingles, stone, vinyl, stucco and any type of siding. That includes aluminum, steel, wood shake shingles, and wooden clapboard. There is some risk that painted and stained surfaces will be washed off during the process, but our experts can usually prevent any damage to recently painted or stained surfaces.

The soft washing process can also get your home just as clean as power washing. This is because there is some risk that power washing might dislodge vinyl siding or roofing materials. 8/2026 update - we had Judge Services come out and do a full house wash, which was MUCH needed! The three employees we dealt with face-to-face were all wonderful, as were the employees I spoke to via phone. Wyatt, however, was a stand out! When our big job could not be completed Friday due to mechanical issues, he offered to come back on Saturday morning to finish the job, as he knew I was hosting a party and had hoped the house was in tip-top-shape for our friends. Wyatt spoke to his boss who agreed and he showed up Saturday morning very early and worked hard to get the job done before guests started to arrive.That was ABOVE and BEYOND.And HE was apologetic that he had needed to come back Saturday. Yeah, HE felt bad for having to return - meanwhile I felt bad that HIS Saturday was messed up because of MY house!I feel like we see a lot of bad customer service and lack of work ethic these days. The work ethic and care for their work from everyone at Judge, but ESPECIALLY Wyatt, was inspiring. I have to tip my hat to Josh and the rest of the leadership at Judge, as clearly they are training their people incredibly well, and enabling them to do what is best for the business. Great job, done quickly, and efficiently. Mario introduced himself and his co-workers, (Kyle and Justin) explained the procedures, and kept me updated along the way. Justin had the sad job of removing a bird nest with eggs from one of the gutters. They also mentioned an issue with one of the downspouts that I had no idea was an issue, so appreciated that too. Btw, I had an estimate in the morning and was scheduled a date but got a call back that the work could have been done that afternoon. All around it was professional, courteous, reasonable. Not the first job that Judge has done for me and I’ll definitely be going back to them.
