I had Judge Services out this week for a soft wash of the concrete around my pool and installation of gutter guards. They arrived on time, were polite and responsive throughout the process, and just generally did amazing work.They even came to make back sure our fence gates were securely shut (they were worried about my dog getting out).I can't say enough good things about them, from the estimate to the final product.

Absolutely AMAZING job! My house needed a ton of work cleaning, from power washing, gutter cleaning, and cleaning up my deck and fence. I have kept the contact information for Judge Services and have looked to them for a couple of different jobs. Among the things that I look for (and grade) in a professional service provider are: Thorough, quality work (A), Responding promptly when contacted (A), Keeping me informed as plans evolve (A), Patiently answering my numerous questions and making constructive suggestions (A), Making sure the worksite is clean and back to its original condition after the work is done (A). I contacted Judge Services about potentially having some exterior cleaning done to our home. I was provided with a detailed and accurate quote very quickly. After I decided to move forward with hiring them, they provided updates and information as to when I could expect them to complete the work. They contacted me well in advance once they had a date set, also reaching out to let me know when they were en route the day of. Their communication and customer service is top notch to say the least. They completed the work within the estimated window and our house looks great with the new shine. Would recommend them for any of your needs in the Southern Illinois area.

Judge Services are now cleaning dryer vents. They were fast to see what was stuck (in the very base of my dryer) not only did I watch them send a camera down my vent to see what they could find, they also found the source and removed it! My dryer works like brand new again. They were polite and right to action. With no sign anywhere after they had finished. I recommend them for any and all the services they provide.

This year, I added a new service—that of removing debris from my clothes dryer vent.I knew that a clogged vent was a fire hazard; however, I am not strong enough to remove it on my own. Judge Services took care of this problem and I definitely recommend this service.

Judge contacted me to remind me about yearly service. Contacted by phone, reminded by email, then texted when on their way.For each service, Josh wants to make sure what was provided has met or exceeded expectations. He's easy to contact and quick to respond. The gentlemen that washed the house were curteous, professional, and easy-going.This is the third year we've had our house professionally washed and love the results.We've had Christmas lights installed for the last two years and just love the display.Just had our dryer vent cleaned today.When the gentlemen started to clean, they found that the duct had disconnected.Dee called to update me and discussed my options. Luckily, they were able to access the crawl space, reconnect the duct, and clean the dryer ductwork.Both guys were so nice and explained what they did.Bonus: sweet treats after each service!

Noticed on a warm day that the North side of my house was a little green and my gutters were full of gumballs! Spring cleaning it is! I'm not brave enough to climb up to clean them, but Judge is! Dallas, James and Trey was the team that came to wash my house and fence. They did an AMAZING job! These dudes right here are killer. They was next door at the fancy ladies house doing her lights and noticed my place looked like the grinch had walked all up in the place and stole all the goodies. Wouldn’t you know it, they had all the stuff in the work van and made my place look as bright and pretty as the fancy ladies house. I’m cheap and it was affordable for me to have it done and after the season was over they even came and cleaned up the stuff so I didn’t have to. Oh and by the way I’m not sure if it was just me or what but I even got a plate of cookies and a thank you card.Keep up the good work Josh, Leon and the rest of the gang.

Dee in the office was so sweet & very accommodating & everything - from installation to payment - was explained throughly. They came out in measured, gave me a quote, & then had them installed by that afternoon. And they are PERFECT!!! They cut the lights the exact length to match the dimensions of your home so the finished product looks like something out of a magazine. They put them up, return after the holidays to take them back down, & then store them until you’re ready to install again the following year. These guys are fantastic & my house looks beautiful! Cannot say enough good about the experience. Highly recommend.
